These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sahi Awaaz, a text-to-speech service. By purchasing or using Sahi Awaaz, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sahi Awaaz converts text into spoken audio in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, and Odia, along with Hinglish support, translation, and voice-note transcription. All processing is powered by third-party AI models; Sahi Awaaz does not guarantee perfect accuracy, pronunciation, or translation quality.

2. Purchases & Credits

• Sahi Awaaz uses a pay-once, character-credit model. There are no recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals.
• Purchased character credits are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire automatically after 60 days and cannot be restored or refunded.
• Estimated audio duration shown on any plan (e.g. "up to ~11 min") is approximate. Actual duration depends on the text you submit — punctuation, pacing, and language affect the final length.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be resold.
• By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms. We record the date, time, and plan associated with each acceptance.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Sahi Awaaz does not offer refunds once a plan has been purchased and credits have been added to your account, regardless of whether the credits have been used. Please review the plan details carefully before purchasing, and use the free voice previews to evaluate quality before buying.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sahi Awaaz to generate content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, impersonates a real person without consent, or infringes on any third party's rights. Sahi Awaaz reserves the right to suspend accounts found violating this policy, without refund.

5. Ownership of Generated Audio

You retain rights to the audio you generate using your own submitted text, for personal or commercial use. Sahi Awaaz does not claim ownership over your generated output.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Sahi Awaaz is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised password.

7. Changes to Pricing or Terms

Sahi Awaaz may update pricing or these Terms at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only; credits already purchased are honored under the terms at the time of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sahi Awaaz is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on generated audio for critical, medical, legal, or safety-related communication.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
